We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, maintain product quality and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage production planning, plant operations, inventory and budgets.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, machine performance and delivery schedules.
- Control manufacturing costs, material wastage and inventory levels.
- Supervise employees and coordinate with production, quality and maintenance teams.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ Years
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing or plant management.
- Experience in label printing, laminated tubes or plastic tube manufacturing preferred.
Required Skills
- Robust leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control, inventory management and cost optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in label printing, laminated tubes or plastic tube manufacturing preferred.
Pay range and compensation package
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
