Role Description This full-time Physiotherapist role at Expedite Informatics is an on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and conduct therapeutic exercises and interventions to support rehabilitation and functional improvement. Daily responsibilities include performing physical assessments, documenting treatment progress, advising on ergonomics and workplace wellness, and collaborating with internal teams to support employee health initiatives.

The role also involves educating clients on injury prevention, safe movement practices,



and long-term conditioning strategies aligned with organizational wellness goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in patient assessment, physical examination, and treatment planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation program design.
- Candidates should possess skills in pain management, mobility improvement, and post-injury or post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Candidates should possess documentation, record-keeping, and basic health data interpretation skills.
- Candidates should possess clear communication, active listening, and patient education skills.
- Candidates should possess collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support workplace wellness initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or occupational health physiotherapy is preferred; familiarity with corporate or office-based ergonomics is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage a structured caseload, and maintain high ethical and qualified standards.
