Role Description The Pickup Driver role at HNT Solutions Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The driver will be responsible for safely operating company trucks to pick up and transport materials, equipment, or goods according to scheduled routes and instructions. Daily tasks include inspecting the vehicle before and after trips, loading and unloading items securely, maintaining accurate delivery and pickup records, and following all traffic and safety regulations.

The role also involves communicating with dispatchers, coordinators, and customers to confirm pickup details, manage timelines, and ensure professional, courteous service. The driver is expected to keep the vehicle clean,



report maintenance needs promptly, and adhere to company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong truck driving skills and experience handling commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A (or equivalent heavy vehicle license) and a clean driving record.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, team members, and customers.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to provide polite, respectful, and solution-focused interactions during pickups.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with truck operation, basic vehicle inspections, and awareness of road safety practices.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of local routes in and around Hyderabad, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and basic record-keeping skills.
- Physical ability to load, unload, and move goods as required, and willingness to work flexible hours as per operational needs.
- Previous experience in a pickup or delivery driver role is preferred but not mandatory.
