About Flolapo Creative AgencyFlolapo Creative Agency is looking for a result-driven and analytical Performance Marketer who is passionate about digital advertising, campaign optimization, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies to drive sales, leads, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad performance to achieve target ROAS and CPA.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Set up and manage campaign testing strategies, including creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Work closely with creative and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Implement retargeting strategies and conversion funnel optimization.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital advertising platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience managing lead generation and e-commerce sales campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign structures, budget allocation, audience targeting, and optimization.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make strategic decisions.
- Good understanding of ad creatives, copywriting, and marketing funnels.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets.

Good to Have
- Experience working with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with Google Looker Studio and marketing reporting.
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic marketing.
