About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with proven experience in the Astrology/Occult industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience in marketing astrology courses, particularly mid-to-high-ticket programs, and driving qualified leads and course enrollments through performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and course enrollments.
- Build and manage webinar funnels, including registration, attendance, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Develop and optimize marketing strategies for mid-to-high-ticket astrology courses.
- Manage campaign budgets, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, audience targeting, ad creatives, and conversion funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with sales and counseling teams to improve lead quality and enrollment conversions.
- Implement retargeting strategies for webinar registrants, attendees, and non-converting leads.




- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Mandatory Requirements — All Are Compulsory

- Astrology/Occult industry experience is an absolute must. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
- Proven experience in selling astrology or occult-related courses.
- Hands-on experience with mid-to-high-ticket course sales.
- Solid practical knowledge of webinar funnels and webinar marketing modules.
- Proven experience in lead generation and course conversions.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and marketing ROI.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve lead quality and sales performance.
