HVK Architecture & Interiors | Delhi NC- GK2 | Full time | Hybrid, five days per week

HVK Architecture & Interiors is hiring an in-house performance marketer to grow qualified enquiries for our luxury residential interior design and turnkey projects. You will work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams. You will own the performance system: campaign goals, lead-quality feedback, tracking, creative coordination, competitor research, and nurturing from first enquiry to booked consultation.

Role targets and measures

- Monthly lead volume: Build toward 200–300 leads per month from Meta and Google, within the approved media budget.
- Appointment booking: Achieve a 10% lead-to-booked-appointment rate, equivalent to 20–30 bookings from 200–300 leads.
- Qualified meetings: Track bookings, attendance, and qualification separately. Work with pre-sales to improve attendance and qualification against the first-month baseline.
- Sales contribution: At an indicative 10% close rate from qualified attended meetings, 20–30 meetings could support 2–3 project wins. Track this as a shared marketing and sales outcome.
- Lead quality: Define and report qualified leads against HVK’s audience: HNI and UHNI prospects across Delhi NCR with a relevant residential or select commercial project and a credible project timeline.
- Efficiency and attribution: Report cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, cost per booked and attended meeting, and campaign contribution to won projects. Establish current baselines in the first 30 days and agree channel-level cost targets with management.

- Data and feedback: Ensure every paid lead is traceable to its source and campaign, with duplicates and disqualification reasons classified. Review lead feedback with pre-sales every week.

What you will own
- Plan, launch,

and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages, including prospecting, retargeting, search-intent, and conversion campaigns.
- Own campaign briefs, budget recommendations, priorities, reporting, and optimisation. Maintain clear ownership of HVK’s goals and lead-quality definitions.
- Run a weekly creative brainstorming session with the marketing team.

Maintain a rolling creative test calendar and bring at least 4 fresh concepts or angles to testing each month, coordinating copy, landing pages, project stories, and required assets.

- Partner with pre-sales to review lead quality, contactability, appointment outcomes, and reasons prospects do not progress. Make sure follow-up and feedback are recorded consistently.
- Build and maintain CRM stages, lead-nurture sequences, and automation for new enquiries, missed calls, unbooked prospects, and longer-consideration leads.
- Review public-facing campaigns and positioning from 5–8 relevant luxury interior design and real estate firms each month. Bring at least 3 actionable campaign or creative recommendations into the monthly review.
- Monitor tracking and reporting across ad platforms, website forms, CRM, and analytics.

Where technically available, connect qualified-lead and won-project outcomes back to campaign reporting.

- Provide a concise weekly performance update and a monthly funnel review covering spend, volume, quality, appointments,

attendance, and sales contribution.

First 90-day outcomes
- By day 30: Audit the existing Meta and Google setup, tracking, CRM handoff, creative pipeline, and recent lead outcomes. Document the baseline and a prioritised plan.
- By day 60: Implement agreed fixes, establish the weekly lead-feedback loop, launch a structured creative and funnel-testing plan, and activate the first nurture automations.
- By day 90: Deliver the agreed run-rate toward 200–300 monthly leads and a 10% lead-to-booked-appointment rate, subject to approved budget. Report lead quality and cost against agreed baselines.

Experience and skills
- At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience running campaigns for luxury interior design or real estate, with a practical understanding of the Delhi NCR audience and market.
- Experience with full-funnel campaigns, retargeting, conversion tracking, landing-page feedback, CRM workflows, and marketing automation.
- Comfortable analysing campaign and CRM data, explaining performance clearly, and acting on feedback from sales and pre-sales teams.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and a CRM or automation platform such as HubSpot, Zoho, or an equivalent system.

Working arrangementThis is a full-time, hybrid position with a five-day working week.

The role requires regular coordination with HVK’s Delhi NCR marketing and pre-sales teams.

How to applyPlease share your CV and a short note ([email protected]) describing your experience in luxury interiors, real estate, and the Delhi NCR market. Include campaign examples with monthly spend, lead volume, qualified-meeting results, and outcomes wherever available.
