About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage digital advertising campaigns for our clients. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and AI tools, with a focus on generating quality leads, increasing sales and improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation, WhatsApp, sales and retargeting campaigns.
- Research audiences, keywords and competitors.
- Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead, conversions and return on ad spend.
- Test ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop effective advertisements.




- Prepare performance reports with transparent insights and improvement plans.
- Use SEO techniques and AI tools to support marketing activities.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO and conversion tracking is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for marketing is mandatory.
- Ability to analyse data, improve lead quality and optimise campaign costs.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns for multiple clients.
- Availability to work from our Tarakeswar office.
