We work with organisations across BFSI, technology, and other industries to identify security weaknesses, assess real-world risks, and strengthen their security posture.

We are expanding our Offensive Security team and looking for passionate, technically strong security professionals who enjoy hands-on testing, continuous learning, and solving challenging security problems.

Position: Penetration Tester (Offensive Security Consultant)

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Model: Work from Office, with client-site visits as required

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct web application, API, mobile application, network, and infrastructure penetration testing.
- Perform black-box, grey-box, and white-box security assessments.
- Identify, validate, and demonstrate security vulnerabilities through controlled testing.
- Conduct manual security testing beyond automated vulnerability scanning.
- Perform vulnerability exploitation and privilege escalation testing within authorised scope.
- Assess authentication, authorisation, session management, access controls, and business logic vulnerabilities.
- Perform internal and external network security assessments.
- Prepare professional VAPT reports with evidence, business impact, risk ratings, and actionable remediation recommendations.
- Conduct technical discussions with clients and explain security findings effectively.
- Support vulnerability remediation validation and retesting.
- Research emerging vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security testing methodologies.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and OWASP API Security Top 10.
- Hands-on experience with Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, and other security testing tools.




- Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS, authentication protocols, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience identifying vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection, XSS, SSRF, IDOR, access control weaknesses, and business logic flaws.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
- Ability to interpret scan results, eliminate false positives, and validate vulnerabilities manually.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting skills.

Positive to Have

- Active Directory security testing and internal penetration testing experience.
- AWS, Azure, or cloud security assessment experience.
- Mobile application penetration testing experience.
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Exposure to Red Teaming, adversary simulation, or advanced exploitation techniques.
- Certifications such as OSCP, PNPT, eWPT, CRTP, CEH Practical, or equivalent hands-on expertise.
