- Counsel patients and couples regarding fertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available treatment options.
- Explain treatment processes, timelines, packages, and financial aspects to prospective patients.
- Handle patient queries, provide emotional support, and build trust throughout the treatment journey.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient communication and follow-ups.
- Drive patient engagement, follow-ups, and treatment conversions while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in patient counselling from IVF, fertility clinics, or reproductive healthcare is preferred.
