Education : Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in HR and/or Finance

Language : English, Marathi, Hindi

Job Overview:

The role will work closely with plant HRs, Finance, and leadership to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance (PF, ESIC, Superannuation and other relevant compliances), Audit handling.

Payroll & HR Operations

- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including payroll inputs, validation, reconciliation, and timely closure with support from Third party.
- Possess working knowledge of SAP modules, including HRMS and reporting.
- Manage attendance, leave, Overtime, Comp Offs across all plants and shifts in coordination with Plant HR teams.
- Manage internal HRMS and Attendance portal.




- Co-ordinate with reginal HR team for monthly reports (Headcount, cost/profit center/IDL reports)
- Manage annual increments, HR/payroll budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
- Prepare various MIS, and management reports.
- Record keeping of all reports/data/MIS for all employees (Staff, Contractual, Union, Trainee/interns)
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, salary, attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Front end HR-related audits, including documentation and audit query resolution.

Skills & Competencies :

- Robust knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliances.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Experience with SAP HCM/Payroll, Workday, or other HRIS/payroll systems will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
