? Location: IDA Cherlapally, Hyderabad (On-site)

⏳ Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on project requirements)

? Stipend: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

About the Opportunity

Rashmi Pharma is expanding its manufacturing operations and preparing for the implementation of a modern ERP system. We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support our data digitisation and ERP transition project.

Key Responsibilities

- Digitise physical stock registers, inventory records and handwritten logs into structured Excel sheets.
- Prepare and maintain master data for APIs, excipients, primary packaging and secondary packaging materials.
- Use digital tools and AI-assisted OCR to extract data from physical records.
- Cross-verify digitised entries against original registers and flag discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and QA/QC teams to collect and verify material information.




- Support data preparation for the Company's ERP implementation.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduates or recent graduates in B.Com, BCA, B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm or related fields.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including sorting, filtering, data validation and duplicate identification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in office at our Cherlapally facility in Hyderabad.
