About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Paid Media Intern to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising. This role offers hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Support the team in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify potential target audiences.
- Assist in creating and managing ad creatives, captions, and advertising copies.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and share insights with the team.
- Perform keyword research and assist with audience targeting.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools,



and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of paid marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of digital advertising metrics and campaign objectives.
- Any digital marketing certification or relevant academic project will be an advantage.
