Summary
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. You will manage application releases and monitor system stability to ensure seamless operation. Utilizing a variety of standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, you will align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across systems.
Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and deliver reliable application support forms a key part of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in integrating cloud-based applications using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Robust understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
