Role Description The Owner at IB Holding is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Hyderabad. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, financial performance, and operational efficiency, ensuring sustainable growth and compliance with relevant regulations. This role includes setting long-term goals, managing key stakeholder relationships, and making high-impact decisions on investments, partnerships, and resource allocation.

The Owner provides direction to functional leaders, monitors performance against targets, and implements improvements in processes, culture, and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities involve reviewing financial and operational reports, guiding strategic initiatives, resolving critical issues, and representing the organization in external meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior executive leadership managing P&L;, strategic planning, and growth initiatives.
- Robust financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead teams,



build an inclusive culture, and make clear, ethical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the organization to partners, clients, and regulators.
- Solid understanding of operations management, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Capability to develop and implement business strategies aligned with market conditions and organizational goals.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and engaging directly with employees, vendors, and local partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or equivalent practical experience are an advantage.
- Experience in the local market or relevant industry sector is beneficial, along with familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
