Job Summary

As an Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation Lead, you will serve as the core functional Lead responsible for leading the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials. Your primary objective will be to guide clients through complex digital transformations, translating their business requirements into an agile, scalable enterprise structure. While your primary domain focus will be Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), you will hold end-to-end delivery accountability across the full financial suite—including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expense Management, Advanced Collections (AC), and Risk Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Lead the functional stream for full-cycle, greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance implementations, global rollouts, and complex business track enhancements tailored to UK/US compliance standards.
- Business Blueprinting & Fit-Gap Analysis: Orchestrate structured requirement-gathering workshops with executive finance stakeholders, analyze complex business processes, and perform strategic fit-gap assessments against standard Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Enterprise Architecture Setup: Architect and configure global Enterprise Structures in Oracle Cloud, balancing complex Charts of Accounts (COA) with consideration for multi-currency reporting, cross-validation rules, and multi-org ledger scalability.
- Functional Solution Design:



Author comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs), system configuration workbooks, and detailed process maps across core accounting streams: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Asset Management, and Treasury.
- BPM & SLA Rules Customization: Design and validate complex Approval Management Extensions (AMX / BPM Workflows) and create custom Subledger Accounting (SLA) engine rules to address specialized accounting requirements.
- Testing & Validation Management: Own and drive the execution of Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, actively coordinating business sign-offs.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with data migration and technical integration tracks to manage FBDI data cleansing/loading workflows, and collaborate on outbound/inbound interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Best Practices Advisory: Function as a trusted adviser to client finance leadership, advocating for standard cloud business process adoption, automated internal controls, and overall industry-standard financial workflows.
- Team Mentorship & Governance: Manage everyday delivery timelines, oversee the output of junior functional consultants, and contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable data templates, and standard implementation assets.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Chartered Accountancy (CA/CPA), Information Systems, or a related domain.
- Core Hands-On Module Expertise: Advanced functional mastery across the entire Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials ecosystem:
- Soft Skills: Robust executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and excellent English communication skills to independently manage high-pressure client expectations on US-aligned working schedules.
