Role Description The Ops Internship at Confidence App InstaPrepsAI is a full-time remote role focused on supporting day-to-day operational activities across the platform. Interns will assist in coordinating and improving internal processes, tracking key operational metrics, and supporting the implementation of new initiatives across product, content, and customer-facing functions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, monitoring workflows, and helping streamline communication between operations,



sales, and support. The intern will also contribute to small project management tasks, assist in resolving operational issues, and provide input on process improvements that enhance learner experience and internal efficiency.

Stipend bracket INR 4k - 6k. Kindly note that do apply only and only when you are comfortable with the mentioned stipend bracket.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance indicators, and supporting operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, document processes clearly, and interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales understanding to support sales operations, coordinate leads or inquiries, and align operational workflows with revenue objectives.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to assist in designing, maintaining, and improving daily processes within a fast-growing education technology environment.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan, organize, and execute tasks, ensuring timely delivery of operational and strategic initiatives.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, proficiency with productivity tools (spreadsheets, project tracking software), ability to work independently in a remote setup, and a genuine interest in education and social impact.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
