Role: Oracle CC&B; Architect

- Lead solution architecture and technical design for Oracle CC&B; / C2M implementations.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions for utility billing, customer management, metering, and service order management.
- Provide architectural guidance for Oracle Utilities CC&B; and C2M applications.
- Define integration architecture between Oracle Utilities and third-party systems.
- Work on Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Design solutions involving batch processing, workflows, algorithms, business services, and scripting.
- Oversee technical development, customization, configuration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and testing teams.
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and compliance with business requirements.




- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and implementation planning.

Required Technical Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities applications.
- Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B; and/or Oracle C2M.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Utilities data models and architecture.
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and web services.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with batch processing, scripting, and performance optimization.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Utilities implementation and upgrade projects.
- Strong understanding of utility industry processes.
