About the RoleWe are hiring an India-based Operations Systems Specialist to support the UK and US operations of an international wellness beverage brand.

You will work closely with the overseas team to keep inventory, production, orders and financial records accurate across systems and external warehouses. This includes reconciling stock, investigating transaction errors, maintaining product data and improving manual processes through automation.

This role suits someone with experience in inventory reconciliation, ERP support or supply chain systems within FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce or another business handling physical products.

Prior experience supporting UK or international clients is preferred. Strong candidates with relevant Indian industry experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Reconcile inventory records between ERP systems, warehouse reports and accounting records.
- Investigate stock differences, missing entries, duplicate transactions and incorrect stock movements.
- Coordinate with overseas warehouses, manufacturers, Finance and Supply Chain teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end inventory reconciliation, including stock adjustments, write-offs and provisions.
- Maintain SKU masters, bills of materials, product details and warehouse records.
- Check production entries, assemblies, stock transfers and invoicing flows for accuracy.
- Monitor integrations between inventory, accounting, e-commerce and warehouse systems.
- Support the testing and implementation of new system connections and workflows.
- Prepare stock reports, reconciliation trackers and operational dashboards.
- Improve repetitive processes using Excel, Google Sheets and automation tools.




- Document processes and troubleshooting steps, and support colleagues using the systems.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in inventory control, supply chain analysis, operations systems, ERP support or inventory accounting.
- Hands-on experience with an ERP, inventory or warehouse management system, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Unleashed, Zoho Inventory or a comparable platform.
- Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock transfers, production entries, bills of materials and stock adjustments.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and handling large datasets.
- Experience investigating discrepancies and resolving their underlying causes.
- Ability to understand how transactions flow between operational and accounting systems.
- Good written and spoken English, with confidence coordinating over email and calls with international colleagues.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage reporting deadlines independently.
- Willingness to work UK business hours.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in FMCG, food and beverages, manufacturing, consumer goods or e-commerce.
- Experience supporting UK or US clients, overseas warehouses or international supply chains.
- Familiarity with Unleashed, Xero, Shopify or EDI integrations.
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers or contract manufacturers.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Google Apps Script, n8n or similar tools.
- Examples of using automation or AI tools to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

Educational BackgroundA degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is preferred. Relevant practical experience will also be considered.
