Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Hubli-Dharwad.

The Operations

Manager will oversee branch and regional operational activities, including loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement administration to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures, coordinating with credit, sales, and collections teams, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.



The role involves managing operational risk, tracking key performance indicators, optimizing workflows, and driving process improvements to support efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Operations

Manager will also lead and develop operations staff, support training initiatives, and contribute to operational planning and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow management, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in loan processing, documentation, and housing finance operations, preferably in affordable housing or retail lending.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services, with attention to risk management and internal controls.
- Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination with sales, credit, and collections.
- Ability to work with data and reports, using basic analytical and MS Excel skills to track KPIs and drive decisions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
- Experience in branch or regional operations in NBFCs, housing finance, or banking is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Hubli-Dharwad, with readiness to travel locally as required.
