About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Operations Intern to join our growing clothing brand startup. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across inventory, orders, vendors, logistics, and customer fulfilment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, and can solve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage day-to-day operational activities across inventory, orders, Packing orders and reviewing them, dispatch, and fulfilment.

-Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, couriers, and other external partners.

-Track inventory levels, stock movement, inward/outward shipments, and product availability.

-Process and monitor customer orders from order placement through successful delivery.

-Coordinate shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and RTOs.

-Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.

-Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.

Monitor vendor performance, timelines, quality, and costs.

-Coordinate with internal teams such as design, merchandising, marketing, sales, and customer support.

-Assist with purchase planning and ensuring timely availability of raw materials and finished products.

-Prepare regular reports on inventory, fulfilment, returns, logistics, and other operational metrics.





-Help establish and improve SOPs and processes as the brand scales.

-Support other operational and administrative requirements as needed.

-Assist in outdoor events such as pop-ups.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Fashion, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, e-commerce, fashion, retail, or a related industry prefered not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manag multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with a B2C/e-commerce clothing or fashion brand.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with inventory/order management systems.
- Understanding of logistics, courier operations, returns, and RTO management.
- Basic understanding of garment production and vendor management
