? We’re Hiring at Peping! | Operations Associate | ₹30-35K/month

At Peping, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Associate to help us scale our growing beverage business.

? Location: Bengaluru

? Experience: 2–4 years

? Salary: ₹30-35K/month

What will you be responsible for?

Inventory Management: Track finished goods, maintain accurate stock records, and manage batch numbers and expiry dates.

Order Fulfilment: Manage purchase orders from partners such as Instamart, FirstClub, Namdhari’s, Ratnadeep, Shell and Akasa.

Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate picking, packing, dispatches, and deliveries with logistics partners.

Reconciliation: Track returns, damages, delivery confirmations, and stock discrepancies.

Reporting & Process Improvement: Maintain daily operations reports, identify bottlenecks, and build simple SOPs to improve efficiency.





What qualities are we looking for?

Ownership mindset: Someone who takes responsibility and gets things done without constant follow-ups.

Attention to detail: Accurate with inventory, documentation, and numbers.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: Comfortable working with data and maintaining trackers.

Problem-solving ability: Proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues.

Coordination skills: Able to work effectively with sales teams, warehouses, and logistics partners.

Hands-on attitude: Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing day-to-day execution independently.

Experience in FMCG, food and beverages, quick commerce, or up-to-date trade will be an added advantage.
