Employment Type: Full time Employment (FTE) on Cloud Analogy payroll.

Work Location: Pan-India — Noida, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai.

Maximum Budget: Up to ₹14.71 LPA per candidate.

Technical Skill Requirements

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

Presales Operations: Experience in operational support, business analysis, or process support within sales, presales, CRM, quotation, approvals, or sales enablement environments.

Process Understanding: Knowledge of quotation creation, product configuration, pricing support, approvals, and handover to order management.

Service and Issue Management: Experience handling service requests, incidents, user queries, troubleshooting, and escalations.

Tools: Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or comparable platforms.

Reporting and Analysis: Ability to analyse support tickets, SLA performance, issue trends, backlog status, operational KPIs, and process bottlenecks.





Documentation: Experience maintaining operational procedures, user guidance, known-error documentation, and support processes.

Communication: Strong coordination skills with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT teams, and end users.

Good-to-Have Skills

CRM, CPQ, approval tools, ERP integrations, or reporting dashboards.

ITIL, service management, business analysis, Lean, or process improvement knowledge.

Experience coordinating testing, validation, releases, and business readiness activities.
