Role OverviewBrickfolio is looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Online Sales & Operations Executive with prior exposure to the Dubai real estate market and experience working in Dubai's real estate or property marketing sector. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, online sales expertise, client-handling capabilities, and operational coordination skills to drive virtual property sales and manage backend operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Online Sales & Client Management

- Handle online leads and engage with international clients interested in Dubai real estate.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable properties through virtual meetings and online platforms.
- Coordinate with Dubai-based developers and property consultants to facilitate property presentations and close sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to conversion.

2. Dubai Real Estate Market Knowledge

- Possess good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including property trends, locations, developers, and investment opportunities.
- Prior experience working in Dubai's real estate, property marketing, or real estate sales sector is strongly preferred.
- Understand international client markets, world geography, and cross-border client handling.

3. Marketing & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with the Marketing team for campaigns, creatives, lead generation, and performance reports.




- Work with the IT team for CRM management, technical support, and smooth functioning of online sales systems.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for expense tracking, financial reporting, and maintaining business P&L; records.

4. Operations & Reporting

- Prepare daily sales reports, assign task lists, track deliverables, and monitor team performance.
- Maintain lead databases, CRM records, Excel reports, and operational trackers.
- Support daily business operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance, operational expenses, and business reporting.

5. Work Requirements

- Must be based in Pune and comfortable working from the office.
- Should be flexible to coordinate with international clients across different time zones.
- Must be willing to travel whenever required.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in Dubai real estate, property sales, or real estate marketing is highly preferred.
- Candidates with actual work experience in Dubai's real estate or property marketing market will be given priority.
- Experience in online sales, virtual selling, lead management, and client conversion.
- Candidates from EdTech or other service-oriented industries may be considered if they have strong online sales skills and relevant Dubai market exposure.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, reporting, and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and a result-oriented approach.
