- Take theory classes, skill demos and clinical teaching sessions
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching material
- Assess students and give them academic guidance
- Mentor students during clinical postings
- Maintain academic records and help improve the programme

- M.Sc. Nursing (Child Health / Medical-Surgical / OBG Nursing)
- Teaching or clinical experience preferred
- Good communication and classroom skills
- Updated on current nursing practices and standards
- A team player with strong professional ethics
