Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist role based at Physioheal Clinic’s location in Mumbai. The physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

The role involves close communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes. The physiotherapist will also contribute to patient education,



promote injury prevention, and participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy (MSK Master’s) from an accredited institution, with a focus on musculoskeletal care.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopedic, sports, and chronic pain cases.
- Strong skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, rehabilitation planning, and use of evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Ability to conduct thorough clinical assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and use clinical reasoning to guide treatment decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients from varied backgrounds and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism in a busy on-site environment.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and openness to learning current techniques and technologies in physiotherapy.
- Experience in outpatient clinic or hospital musculoskeletal services is an advantage.
