Role Description The Mutual Fund Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalpaiguri. This role involves processing mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, switches, and systematic investment plans, while ensuring accuracy and timely execution. The executive will maintain and update client investment records, coordinate with registrars and fund houses, and support reconciliation of accounts and reports.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring transaction status, handling operational queries from clients and internal teams, and assisting in compliance and documentation checks as per regulatory requirements. The role also requires preparing periodic operational reports, helping streamline processes,



and supporting the broader operations team in delivering efficient and reliable service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, verify transaction accuracy, and support reconciliations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Mutual Funds and Investments to handle transaction processing, scheme selection support, and basic portfolio understanding.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance to understand financial products, NAV calculations, and regulatory and operational requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, fund houses, and internal stakeholders in a clear and qualified manner.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office software.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in Jalpaiguri, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team-focused environment.
