We are looking for an experienced MSP Lead with 10+ years of experience in managing Managed Services Programs (MSP), contract staffing, vendor management, and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in managing client relationships, vendor partnerships, recruitment delivery, SLA management, operational excellence, and large-scale contingent workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end MSP operations for multiple client accounts.
- Manage contract staffing and contingent workforce programs. (Should have experience working for BFSI domain)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage a network of staffing vendors and ensure effective vendor performance.
- Drive recruitment delivery to meet client requirements within agreed timelines.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, TAT, and quality metrics.
- Handle vendor onboarding, compliance, documentation, and performance reviews.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation,



and hiring forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Handle escalations related to recruitment delivery, billing, onboarding, and vendor management.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across MSP accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the MSP operations and recruitment teams.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in IT staffing, contract staffing, or MSP operations.
- Should have independently managed MSP programs and multiple client accounts.
- Experience handling large vendor networks and high-volume recruitment delivery.
- Strong exposure to client management, business operations, and P&L.;
- Should be capable of managing a team and driving end-to-end MSP operations.
