We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Mother Teacher for Grade 1 to handle primary-level students and teach English, Mathematics and Environmental Studies (EVS). The candidate should have excellent teaching skills, patience and the ability to create a positive, engaging and child-friendly learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Grade 1 students as a Mother Teacher.
- Teach English, Mathematics and EVS as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids and classroom activities.
- Make learning interactive, activity-based and enjoyable for young learners.
- Develop students' reading, writing, communication and basic mathematical skills.
- Monitor students' academic progress and maintain assessment records.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the overall well-being of students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.
- Participate in school activities, meetings and other academic responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
- B.Ed / D.El.Ed / NTT qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably at the primary level.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics and EVS.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Should be patient, caring, creative and passionate about teaching young children.
- Ability to use creative and activity-based teaching methodologies.
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in handling Grade 1 students in reputed English-medium schools will be preferred. and who can join us immeditely
