Role Overview

We are lookingfor a talented Motion Designer whocan translate our brand identityand product storiesinto compelling motion experiences across our website,digital platforms, and marketing communication. From website interactions and scroll-based animations to product feature explainers and cinematic motion visuals, you will help shape how customers experience ROTORIS digitally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Digital Experience Animation

- Create engagingwebsite animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
- Develop scroll-based animations and interactive visual experiences.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to bring motionconcepts into the live website.
- Ensure animations are smooth, purposeful, performance-friendly, and consistent with the brand identity.

1. Product Feature Explainer Animations

- Create compelling animations explaining watchfeatures, materials, movements, and technical specifications.
- Develop product-focused animations highlighting craftsmanship, engineering, and uniquedesign elements.
- Translate complex technical conceptsinto simple, visuallyengaging stories.
- Create product walkthroughs and detailed feature demonstrations.

1. 2D & 3D Motion Design

- Design high-quality 2D animations, typography animations, and visual transitions.
- Work with existing3D product rendersand assets to create cinematic product animations.
- Develop visual storytelling concepts for productlaunches and brand campaigns.
- Explore innovative animationtechniques to elevatethe brand's digitalpresence.

1. Creative Collaboration





- Work closely with the UI/UX, 3D, video production, and creative teams.
- Understand creative briefsand translate them into strongvisual concepts.
- Maintain consistency in motion language,visual quality, and brand aesthetics.
- Stay updated with emerging motiondesign trends, tools,and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of professional experience in motion design.
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects.
- Proficiency in AdobeIllustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and transitions.
- Experience creatingwebsite animations and digital productexperiences.
- Ability to create product explainers, feature demonstrations, and brand storytelling videos.
- Strong visual sense,attention to detail,and understanding of typography and composition.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and developers and work withinestablished design systems.

Positive to Have

- Experience with 3D animation and compositing workflows.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender,or similar 3D software.
- Experience creating 3D animations and integrating them into After Effects.
- Familiarity with Lottie,Rive, GSAP, or other web animation technologies.
- Experience working with luxury, automotive, lifestyle,or premium product brands.
- Understanding of website performance and animation optimisation.
