- Job Summary

TLL Parenterals Limited is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for its Microbiology Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, media preparation, and related laboratory activities while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET) as per approved procedures.
- Conduct Microbial Limit Testing (MLT) of applicable samples.
- Perform sterility testing of pharmaceutical products and samples.
- Conduct environmental monitoring of classified manufacturing areas.
- Carry out microbiological media preparation, sterilization,



and growth-promotion testing, as applicable.
- Maintain microbiology laboratory records, worksheets, logbooks, and test documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, identification, storage, and disposal of microbiological samples and cultures.
- Monitor laboratory cleanliness and compliance with established procedures.
- Support investigations of microbiological deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and out-of-trend (OOT) results, as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity requirements, safety procedures, and approved SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration and qualification status is verified before use.
- Educational Qualification

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology or a relevant life-science discipline, as per the position requirements.
- Experience

Relevant experience in pharmaceutical microbiology, preferably in a sterile injectable manufacturing facility.
