UpcharHub builds clinic-management software for India's doctors, with a free trial. The software supports 10 Indian languages, including Marathi. Doctors can dictate patient visits by voice, keep digital patient records and print prescriptions. Everything runs in a browser and nothing needs to be installed. We are an early-stage team helping small clinics and solo practitioners move from paper to digital.
What the work involves
- Visit doctors, clinics and small hospitals across Delhi/NCR - Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad - daily, demo UpcharHub and explain how it fits their practice.
- Onboard new doctors and help them use the software in their first few weeks.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clinic owners and hospital administrators.
- Meet monthly onboarding and activation targets for your area.
- Report your field activity and pass on what doctors ask for or suggest.
Who we are looking for
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative is strongly preferred. You know how to get a doctor's time and keep it.
- Graduate in any discipline (a science or pharmacy background is a plus).
- Positive communication in Hindi and English.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence, and a smartphone.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
Pay and benefits
- Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month (fixed).
- Travel allowance: Rs. 150 per working day for fuel and food, separate from salary and bonus.
- Performance bonus: variable, based on performance.
