Mandatory Requirement : Experience in medical records/medical billing is mandatory.

? Position: Medical Records Specialist

? Location: Bengaluru

? Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO)

? Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)

? Working Days: 5 Days a Week

?️ Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

⚡ Preference: Immediate Joiners

?What will you be responsible for?

Following up with clients and healthcare providers for pending medical records, bills, and treatment-related information.

Coordinating with clients through calls, texts, and emails to collect missing information.

Requesting and tracking medical records, billing statements, PIP ledgers, liens, and other case-related documents.

Reviewing case files to ensure all required documents and authorizations are available.

Following up on settled cases to close pending documentation.

Maintaining accurate case updates, notes,



and follow-up status in the system.

Ensuring timely closure of pending requests and escalating unresolved issues when required.

? What are we looking for?

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable communicating with clients and healthcare providers over calls, emails, and texts.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).

Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
