Open Positions & Compensation Breakdown
Track 1: Freshers (B. Pharm / D. Pharm)
- Annual Fixed CTC: ₹2.40 LPA
- Monthly Gross Salary: ₹20,000 / month
- Daily Allowance (TA/DA): ₹150 / day
- Fuel Reimbursement: ₹3 / km
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 / month
Track 2: Experienced Sales Professionals
- Annual Fixed CTC: ₹4.80 LPA
- Monthly Gross Salary: ₹40,000 / month
- Daily Allowance (TA/DA): ₹150 / day
- Fuel Reimbursement: ₹3 / km
- Performance Incentives: Approx. ₹40,000 / month
- (Note: Higher fixed CTC negotiable based on current salary, relevant pharma experience, and interview evaluation.)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies across assigned territories in Delhi-NCR.
- Introduce, present, and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors and medical practitioners.
- Build and maintain lasting skilled relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and coverage objectives.
- Provide accurate daily reporting on visits, doctor feedback, and competitor activities.
Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements
- Education (for Freshers): Completed B. Pharm or D. Pharm degree/diploma.
- Experience (for Experienced Track): Prior field sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related segments.
- Vehicle (Mandatory): Must possess an active Two-Wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Strong verbal communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with regular local field travel across Delhi-NCR.
