We have our centres across Juhu and Marine Drive, we have recently opened come to be a one stop shop for all your beauty needs, with a Salon, Spa and Dermatology Clinic all under one roof at Santa Cruz.

Our aim is to provide services with proven products and personalised procedures and to attain results that enhance a client’s confidence and provides a complete rejuvenation and a calm and relaxing environment.

We are currently looking for a full-time onsite Dermatologist

Responsibilities would include

· Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patients' skin and hair health.

· Develop personalised treatment plans, including advanced cosmetic procedures.

· Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed to ensure optimal results.

· Educate patients on proper skincare practices and the benefits of available treatments.

· Build trust and rapport with patients, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

· Collaborate with a team of technicians to deliver exceptional care.

· Define, align and maintain SOPs for all treatments and operations / surgeries.

· Play a key role in establishing a strong market presence in Aesthetic Dermatology

· Collaborate with the PR and Social Media/Digital teams to develop and execute effective brand building strategies.

· Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings with the CEO to contribute to strategic decisions





· Collaborate with HR to recruit and hire qualified staff for the Dermatology Clinic

· Oversee staff scheduling and roster management to ensure optimal clinic operations

· Manage retail inventory, including consignment products, by tracking consumption and replenishing stock as needed.

Requirements

- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (MD)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Proven experience performing cosmetic dermatology treatments.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced cosmetic medicine techniques (fillers, micro-needling, chemical peels, etc.).A robust background in diagnosing and treating skin and hair conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients effectively.
- The ability to analyze complex medical information and explain it clearly.
- Leadership skills and a collaborative work style.
- Reports to the CEO

Skills:

- Dermatology: Diagnosis and treatment of acne, skin conditions, and hair disorders.
- Cosmetic Procedures: Mole removal, wart removal, milia extraction, tattoo removal.
- Cosmetic Treatments: MNRF, Dermapen, ablative lasers, Q-switch lasers, chemical peels, Cryolipolysis, Glutathione IV drips with multivitamins, stem cell treatments, growth factor concentrate treatments.
- Advanced Techniques (Plus): Experience with advanced skincare technologies and expertise in providing aesthetic procedures (e.g., PDO threads, COG threads, Mono threads, Botox, Juvederm fillers).
- Professionalism: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
