What would you do?

- Business Reporting and Governance Specialist is responsible for Client and Leadership Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management, Change Management, Analytics, and Business Intelligence.



What are we looking for?
- Relevant US or UK Retirement experience with understanding of retirement processes, reporting, governance, and client requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, VBA, Tableau, and MS Office, including dashboard development, data modeling, reporting, and visualization.
- 10 to 12 plus years of overall experience, with 7 to10 years in BI, Reporting, Governance, Analytics, Project Management, or client-facing roles. Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and decision-making skills required." Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead governance and reporting activities; manage projects and deliverables within agreed timelines and SLAs; mentor teams; drive automation, analytics, visualization, and continuous improvement; develop data-driven solutions; support client reviews and leadership forums; and manage risks, issues, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
