Role Description The Marketplace and Quick Commerce Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing marketplace and quick commerce platforms, including onboarding and maintaining partner relationships, optimizing product listings, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory. The manager monitors sales performance and customer behavior, uses data to improve conversion and retention, and coordinates with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions.

Day-to-day tasks include handling negotiations with marketplace partners, resolving customer and partner issues, tracking KPIs,



and preparing performance reports. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, improving customer experience, and ensuring alignment with Marketing Lab’s results-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to manage partner relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret marketplace data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.

- Relevant experience in e-commerce or quick commerce platforms is preferred, with familiarity in managing multiple marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, handle multiple priorities, and use digital tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
