One thing we want to be upfront about: we’re an organic marketing agency. We don’t run paid campaigns, and this role has nothing to do with paid ads or performance marketing. Our world is content, community, search, and building brands people come to trust.

About the roleWe’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to help us grow our brand and our audience, and to bring a small team of 5-6 people along with you.

You’ll shape our organic marketing across platforms, get stuck into the work yourself, and guide the team as you go. We’d love someone who’s comfortable managing a team: setting priorities, giving honest and kind feedback, and helping people do their best work.

Your responsibilities

- Dreaming up content ideas, series, and campaigns that feel unmistakably us, and seeing what works
- Planning how we show up on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Substack, newsletters, blogs, and online communities
- Leading your team of 5-6: setting priorities, reviewing work, and helping everyone grow
- Getting more out of what we’ve already made, through repurposing, community participation, and search visibility
- Keeping up with what our audience, competitors, and the industry are doing,



and spotting ideas worth trying
- Checking what’s working. We care more about enquiries, traffic, and real conversations than likes
- Working with designers, editors, writers, and project managers, and sharing clear briefs and helpful feedback
- Joining our weekly shoots and recordings, for interviews, thought leadership, and video content
- Playing with AI tools to make research, ideas, and production smoother
- Handling both internal and client projects

We think you’d be great if

- You’ve spent 3+ years in content marketing, organic growth, brand communication, or something close
- You’re comfortable leading a team and keeping people and deadlines on track
- You understand how organic channels work and how content ties back to business goals
- You can think big and still enjoy the details
- You have a good eye for stories and timely ideas
- You’re comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, or social media analytics
- You know content-led SEO, AI search visibility, newsletters, and community-led growth
- You already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your daily work
- You write and speak clear English, and you’re at ease on camera and with clients
- You can juggle several projects without losing track of quality or deadlines




- You have a personal device and a stable internet connection

- You’ve run an organic campaign that brought real growth or interest
- You enjoy both the creative side and the numbers side
- You like experimenting with new platforms and formats
- You can take an idea from first spark to results mostly on your own
- You know how to add a bit of structure to creative work without making it feel heavy
