Benecargo is a B2B FTL logistics company with 300+ trucks, moving freight for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Delhivery, Britannia and more.
We’re hiring our first marketing person to build our marketing from scratch and own it end to end.
What you’ll do:
- Set up our marketing from zero: strategy, brand, channels and processes
- Shoot, edit and post content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Manage our website, SEO and Google ranking
- Generate and manage leads, track them in a CRM and work with sales to convert them
- Create pitch decks, brochures and campaigns, and run ads when needed
- Report monthly on growth, traffic and leads
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years in digital marketing, with experience in logistics, transport or supply chain (must)
- Hands-on shooting and editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva)
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and lead generation
- A self-starter who can build without a team or playbook
