We are looking for enthusiastic interns to support the launch of our product. The intern will help us connect with small and growing businesses, introduce the product and generate potential customer leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses and introduce MallowHR.
- Identify and connect with HR, Admin and business decision-makers.
- Understand customers' existing HR and payroll processes.
- Schedule and conduct basic product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain lead details.
- Share customer feedback and help generate sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with business owners.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to learn about HRMS and payroll software.
- Proactive, confident and target-oriented attitude.
