Zhoosh is a Dubai-based influencer marketing and creative agency working with brands and creators across the UAE, GCC, Europe and US.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, highly creative intern who can turn ideas into strong social content, work quickly and support creator outreach across global markets. You should have some hands-on experience with design and social media, whether through internships, freelance work, personal projects or managing a page.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives using Canva
- Support content planning, caption writing, scheduling and publishing
- Bring fresh ideas and turn relevant trends into content quickly
- Discover, shortlist and reach out to creators across Instagram and TikTok
- Coordinate creator follow-ups, briefs, deliverables and timelines
- Keep content calendars, creator databases and campaign trackers organized

Who We’re Looking For

• A fast executor: You can take a brief, ask the right questions and deliver quality work within tight timelines

- Confident with Canva:



You have a solid eye for layout, typography and social media aesthetics
- Highly creative: You bring original ideas and know how to make content feel fresh and relevant
- Tech-first: You’re comfortable with digital tools, curious about AI-assisted workflows and quick to learn new platforms
- Social media savvy: You understand Instagram and TikTok and have some experience creating content or supporting social accounts
- Globally curious: You’re interested in brands, creators and culture across different countries and can adapt your ideas for different audiences
- A clear communicator: You write well, follow up confidently and stay organized
