About Kyros

At Binapani, we’re building technology to make everyday life more accessible and inclusive.

Kyros is our visual scheduling and communication app designed to support autistic individuals and others who benefit from visual routines and communication aids. It helps users organise daily activities and communicate their needs through visual tools.

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Growth Associate to take ownership of Kyros’s end-to-end marketing activities, build meaningful connections with the autism and neurodiversity community, and expand our reach among families, caregivers, professionals, and organisations.

An interest in or experience with autism, neurodiversity, accessibility, or assistive technology would be a plus.

What You’ll Do

1. End-to-End Marketing Ownership

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Kyros to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and adoption.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives from planning and execution to performance tracking and reporting.
- Research target audiences, competitors, communities, and potential distribution channels to identify growth opportunities.
- Track outreach, leads, demonstrations, partnerships, campaign performance, and app adoption.
- Explore new marketing approaches and continuously improve results.

2. Community Outreach & Lead Generation

- Identify and connect with parents, caregivers, special educators, therapists, autism support organisations, and relevant institutions.
- Make calls, send emails and messages, and build relationships with potential users and partners.
- Explore opportunities to introduce Kyros to schools, therapy centres, NGOs, and other relevant organisations.

3. Product Demonstrations & Partnerships

- Learn Kyros’s features and confidently conduct online product demonstrations.
- Explain how Kyros can support visual scheduling, daily routines, and communication.
- Follow up with interested users and organisations, gather feedback,



and develop partnership opportunities.

4. Influencer & Creator Outreach

- Identify autism advocates, neurodivergent creators, parenting influencers, special educators, and relevant content creators.
- Initiate collaborations and explore product reviews, interviews, and awareness campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with relevant voices in the community.

Who We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, business development, community outreach, influencer marketing, or partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in making calls, approaching recent people, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and deliver measurable results.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance analytics is an advantage.
