Qualifications and Skills

Education and experience

∙Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business

Administration, Healthcare Management is an advantage.

∙1 to 3 years of experience in referral, healthcare, fitness or B2B marketing with robust communication skills may be considered.

Skills and attributes

∙Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage.

∙Neat, well-groomed and presentable appearance, with a confident and courteous manner when meeting doctors and business owners.

∙Strong relationship-building, follow-up and negotiation skills.

∙Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic CRM or database use.

∙Well organised, target-driven and able to work independently.

∙Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, as regular field visits are required.

∙Good understanding of Kochi, especially Kakkanad, Edappally, Aluva and

Perumbavoor.

∙Neat, well-groomed and presentable in line with the Firm's dress code and grooming

- policy, with a pleasant, warm manner when meeting people.
