Role Description The Marketing and Billing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based at All Asia Medical Institute in Kolkata. The individual in this role will manage patient billing processes, prepare and verify invoices, and support finance-related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely payments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, addressing patient billing queries, and tracking receivables and outstanding accounts.

The role also involves executing marketing activities, supporting patient outreach initiatives, and assisting in promoting hospital services through digital and offline channels. The executive will maintain clear communication with patients and internal stakeholders,



provide regular reporting on billing and marketing performance, and support continuous improvement of hospital revenue and visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Billing Process and Invoicing, with the ability to handle patient bills and financial records accurately.
- Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making related to revenue and costs.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, clinical teams, and administrative staff in a clear and professional manner.
- Proficiency with hospital information systems, billing software, and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hospital billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare administration is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
