Delhi based The Art X Company is hiring for their client Teamwork Arts a Manager / Senior Partnerships and Sponsorship. We are looking for a results-driven skilled to lead sponsorship sales, partnerships, and new business development for its festivals and events. The role involves identifying revenue opportunities, building strategic alliances, managing client relationships, and achieving agreed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, experience in sponsorship or media sales, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with brands and organisations.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Identify new revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by management.
- To understand thoroughly and establish appropriate channels/mediums of reaching the target audience keeping the budget in mind.
- To prepare a weekly action plan along with the team.
- Tracking Pipeline, Call reports, Lead tracker report and updating it in the CRM




- Responsible for selling our festivals to prospective sponsors and alliance partners against agreed targets
- Responsible for Relationship building & key account management with the existing clients to get more business .
- Doing market research & Preparing database• Scheduling meeting with the respective people"

Qualifications:-

● MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or Communications (minimum).

● 6+ years of experience in sales, sponsorship sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in events, media, or festival management.

● Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets.

● Experience in key account management and relationship building with clients.

● Exposure to CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales pipeline management.
