Role Description The Manager – Scan to BIM is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role oversees end-to-end Scan to BIM workflows, including planning, managing, and reviewing point cloud processing, model creation, and quality control for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The manager coordinates site supervision for reality capture activities, ensures adherence to construction safety standards, and conducts inspections to confirm data accuracy and model compliance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project teams, allocating resources, setting timelines,



and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. The role also involves maintaining documentation, implementing process improvements, training team members on best practices, and ensuring deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience, including managing teams and coordinating in office activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Inspection and quality control of scan data and BIM models.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Construction Safety practices and adherence to safety regulations on site.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Scan to BIM tools and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, point cloud processing tools).
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering/architecture field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with international projects, ISO-compliant workflows, and digital twin or reality capture solutions is an advantage.
