We are looking for a dynamic, technology-driven HR Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, and HR Process Automation across our diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across hospitality, wellness, real estate, sales, marketing, finance, and corporate functions.
- Drive manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Monitor recruitment TAT, hiring quality, and recruitment costs.

2. HR Operations

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, attendance, leave, employee documentation, confirmation, and exit management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

- Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Gratuity, and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with Finance and external compliance partners.

4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

- Implement KPI-driven performance management systems.




- Manage performance reviews, probation assessments, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive employee retention and productivity improvement.

5. HR Analytics & Technology

- Develop HR dashboards and MIS reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Track headcount, attrition, hiring TAT, manpower costs, and employee productivity.
- Implement and optimize Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, or similar HRMS platforms.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline HR processes.

Candidate Profile

- 6–10 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-business workforce operations.
- Good knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills and HR analytics capabilities.
- Experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People / Zoho Recruit.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Exposure to AI tools and HR process automation will be an added advantage.
