About the RoleLiveindesigns is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage the complete sales cycle and drive residential interior design project closures.

The ideal candidate should have robust client-handling and negotiation skills, a proven sales track record, and an established professional network in the interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and convert leads generated through Meta, Google, Instagram, referrals, and other sources.
- Handle client calls, meetings, and site visits to understand requirements, budgets, and project scope.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close residential interior design projects.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the sales team.
- Coordinate with the design team for smooth client handover after project closure.
- Track sales performance, conversion ratios, and reasons for lost leads.




- Share market feedback on pricing, lead quality, and industry trends.

Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or home improvement.
- Strong professional network among interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, real estate professionals, or related industries.
- Proven ability to generate business through personal contacts, referrals, and industry connections.
- Experience independently managing and closing high-value interior projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and client-handling skills.
- Sales team management or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
- Strong business development skills and a target-oriented approach.
