Job Requirements

- Overall execution and supervision of EHV/HV Substation construction and erection activities.
- Planning and monitoring daily site work to achieve project milestones and timelines.
- Coordination with client, consultants, contractors, and vendors at site.
- Managing erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers, switchgear, control panels, CT/PT, LA, busbars, and associated equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Implementing HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) requirements and maintaining a zero-accident culture.
- Monitoring manpower, equipment, and material availability for smooth execution.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS updates.




- Resolving site issues and ensuring timely closure of punch points.
- Coordinating inspections, QA/QC activities, and client approvals.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring productivity and workmanship quality.
- Supporting project handover, documentation, and final commissioning activities.

Work Experience

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in 400kV or higher voltage substation projects.
- Strong knowledge of substation equipment erection, testing, commissioning, and safety practices.
- Good leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
