Job Role:

Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and reliability of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Ensure minimum equipment downtime, effective troubleshooting, and adherence to maintenance schedules, food safety, safety and environment standards.

Responsibilities:

Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.

Maintenance of processing, filling, and packing equipment, pumps, motors, compressors, boilers, and refrigeration systems.

Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, sensors, control panels, and automation systems.

Root cause analysis (RCA) and reduction of equipment downtime.

Installation, commissioning, calibration, and equipment reliability.

Maintenance records, spare-parts management, and coordination with technicians and vendors.

Compliance with GMP, food safety, safety and setting requirements, and audits.

Energy optimization and efficient utilization of manpower and spares.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma or BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer

Fresher to 5 Years experience in Maintenance
