Role Description This is a full time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role based in Naharlagun.

The Maintenance

Engineer will perform routine and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure protected, reliable operation. Daily responsibilities include inspecting machinery, diagnosing faults, coordinating repairs, and executing preventive maintenance plans. The role involves collaborating with operations staff, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and recommending improvements to equipment performance and maintenance processes.

Engineer will also support safety initiatives, follow relevant standards and procedures, and assist with planning maintenance schedules and spare parts requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance Engineering, including troubleshooting and optimizing equipment performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and implementing maintenance schedules.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field is preferred.
- Previous experience in industrial, facility, or plant maintenance is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Robust attention to safety, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in office in Naharlagun, adapt to shifting priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
